Location Cadenet, doorway to the southern Luberon and home to the famous 19th Century musician Fιlicien David. Cadenet is a pretty town with hilly streets and hidden doorways amongst the overflowing flowered window boxes. 30 km north of Aix en Provence, 60 km from Avignon. Cadenet is in the heart of the Luberon natural park. Environment : The village boasts a Chβteau from which you have a panoramic view of the valley of the Durance, the St. Victoire and the Alpilles mountain range. It is today a cultural centre housing galleries and outdoor theatre offering pleasant musical evenings.
