Location
On the edge of the magnificent Esterel Natural Park, a short distance from the Mediterranean, on the Côte d’Or which stretches from St Raphaël to Cannes. Le Trayas is a stone`s throw away from Miramar and Théoule sur Mer. An ideal location for keen golfers, with over 10 golf courses within a 45 minute drive, including St Raphaël, Agay, Mandelieu, Cannes, Mougins and Grasse. Many charming restaurants nearby.
Environment : Overlooking the lovely little harbour of Miramar, ideal for watersports.
PLACES TO VISIT:
Théoule sur Mer. 5 km. Charming seaside resort nestling in a small cove at the foot of the Estérel mountain with red rocky inlets and beautiful sandy beaches shaded by exotic palm trees and majestic parasol pines.
Cannes. 15 km. Beachside resort with its large promenade, chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops and festivals including the famous Cannes film festival in May each year. A walk along the “Croisette”, harbour and sandy beaches is a must.
St Raphaël. 20 km. Family seaside resort and major sailing centre backed by the rugged Massif de l`Estérel. The resort also boasts 5 golf courses and a casino and is ideal for deep-sea diving and coastal walks.
Vallauris-Golfe Juan. 20 km. Set in the hills above the magnificent Golfe Juan, with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, the lles de Lérins and the Esterel mountains. The old Vallauris oozes Mediterranean charm and boasts a tradition of pottery. Picasso spent ten years here.

Visiobulle Antibes, Juan les Pins. 25 km. Boat trip. An hour long excursion in a glass-bottomed boat to discover the Cap d`Antibes with stunning underwater view.
Golf Country Club de Cannes Mougins, Mougins. 25 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6312m. In the heart of a magnificent forest, a technical course full of variety and nicely landscaped with few but strategically placed water hazards.
Marineland, Antibes. 35 km. Aquarium. The greatest marine show in Europe with dolphins, orcas, killer whales and seals. Also aquariums and a 30m-long tunnel surrounded by sharks!

Fréjus. 30 km. Seaside resort, ancient military port and Roman city, with a rich historical and architectural heritage. Some stunning scattered Roman remains can still be seen including one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times and a Roman theatre still in use for summer events.
Grasse. 30 km. Fascinating historic town and world`s perfume capital. Explore the delightful narrow streets or go on one of the factory tours offered by some of the most famous perfume houses.
Callian. 35 km. Small but charming medieval village with its own castle and winding streets. Starting place for many hikes and walks.
Fayence. 40 km. Much visited hill top fortified village, between sea and mountains and surrounded by picturesque Provencal countryside. Also renowned for its gliding centre, often considered the best in Europe.
