Location
Situated in the area of Ensues La Redonne, near one of the most beautiful rocky inlets of the Blue coast, 20 km west of Marseille, 35 km from Aix-en-Provence. Since 1983 the Blue coast has been given the label of marine park therefore it has been well protected and the 40 km stretch between Marseille and Martigues reflects this preservation. Wonderful countryside, limestone cliffs dotted with inlets such as La Vesse, Niolon, Mιjean and La Redonne. Seaside villages: Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins. This natural environment is ideal for walkers to find some truly breathtaking panoramas, for scuba divers to discover some unique sights. Coves nestling at the bottom of cliffs and large sandy beaches with sun-tanned tourists.

PLACES TO VISIT:
Carry le Rouet. 5 km. Charming seaside resort with lovely beaches, clear waters and picturesque little fishing port. At the foot of pine covered hills, in the heart of the `Cτte Bleue`. Also ideal for beautiful walks all along the seaside.
Sausset les Pins. 10 km Small, family seaside resort with pretty fishing port, surrounded by aromatic scrubland and pine forests. Within the Cτte Bleue Marine park with artificial reefs along the coast of Sausset les Pins for diving enthusiasts.
Martigues. 15 km. Large town between the Mediterranean coast and the Etang de Berre, with charming and picturesque old city centre and attractive harbour area.
Marseille. 25 km. Second largest city in France, cosmopolitan and exuberant, renowned for its picturesque old port and Bouillabaisse (a tomato based soup with a multitude of different fish and shellfish).

Aquacity, Les Pennes Mirabeau. 25 km. Waterpark. Large waterpark with several pools, slides, diving boards, wave machine, rapids, bubble pool, bumper boats... Plenty to do for all ages.
Indian Forest, Martigues. 20 km. Tree top adventure park. On the splendid Figuerolles estate, a total of 6 trails of different difficulties for the whole family.
Golf de la Cabre d`Or, Cabriθs. 25 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6514m. Features the longest Par 5 in Europe (654m from the back tees) as well as a palm grove. Magnificent views over Mont Ventoux, Pilon du Roy and Ste Victoire mountain.
Etang de Berre. 13 km. Vast lake with waterports activities. Le Jaο beach is renowned for funboarding.

St Cyr sur Mer. 70 km. In a bay sheltering 3 little harbours and a 2-km long sandy beach, an attractive coastal setting backed by a mix of pine forests and renowned vineyards. Many watersports activities availabe.
Bandol. 80 km. Family seaside resort tucked in a cove between La Ciotat and Toulon. A vibrant harbour packed with fine shops and restaurants as well as a casino. Also renowned for its vineyards producing some of the best wines on the coast.
Avignon. 95 km City of history and city of theatre, the fortified city of Avignon marked by papal history will charm you with its ancient streets, spectacular monuments and museums and impressive number of cafes and restaurants. Its famous bridge still stands over the Rhone river.
Camargue. 100 km. Natural Park, around the Rhone Delta, home to bulls, wild white horses, flamingoes and with an exceptionally rich wild life. Best discovered slowly, on foot, on horseback, on a bicycle or in a boat. Bordered by 60 km of fine sand beaches, the Camargue is popular with sunbathers.
