Location
On the French Riviera, just 10 km from Cannes, 30 km from Frιjus and with easy access to the motorway. Ideally located between two mountains: Massif de LEsterel and the wooded mountain of the Tanneron. Here, you can not only enjoy dipping your feet in the water but also feel the gentle Mediterranean breeze whispering through the pine trees and mimosas.
Environment : In a peaceful residential area, on the heights of Mandelieu.
PLACES TO VISIT:
Thιoule sur Mer. 8 km. Charming seaside resort nestling in a small cove at the foot of the Estιrel mountain with red rocky inlets and beautiful sandy beaches shaded by exotic palm trees and majestic parasol pines.
Cannes. 10 km. Beachside resort with its large promenade, chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops and festivals including the famous Cannes film festival in May each year. A walk along the Croisette, harbour and sandy beaches is a must.
Grasse. 16 km. Fascinating historic town and world`s perfume capital. Explore the delightful narrow streets or go on one of the factory tours offered by some of the most famous perfume houses.
St Cassien lake. 20 km. Beautiful lake with clean water and small beaches, and lovely place for windsurfing and other watersports. Ideal to cool off on a hot day!

Golf Country Club de Cannes Mougins, Mougins. 15 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6312m. In the heart of a magnificent forest, a technical course full of variety and nicely landscaped with few but strategically placed water hazards.
Marineland, Antibes. 30 km. Aquarium. The greatest marine show in Europe with dolphins, orcas, killer whales and seals. Also aquariums and a 30m-long tunnel surrounded by sharks!
Canyon Forest, Villeneuve Loubet. 30 km. Tree top adventure park/Canyoning. Acrobatic adventure park for the young (8 yrs old+) and not so young. Discover at your own pace the 4 trails on offer after an enjoyable 10mn bike ride along a river. Going from tree to tree, balance yourself through an assortment of games such as rope bridges, tarzan swings and giant zip lines, including for the bravest, the longest zip line in France (331m) where you can expect to reach a maximum speed of 70 km/h! Canyoning also available. For the little ones, Pitchoun Forest is a more accessible course for children aged 3 to 10. Larger, more secure and more amusing with an easier access.

Antibes with its vibrant historic centre with narrow winding streets, a good choice of restaurants, cafιs, theatres, piano bars, chic hotels, private clubs and Picasso museum, and Juan les Pins renowned for its gorgeous beaches, exciting nightlife with fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping. Also Cap d`Antibes, a small piece of paradise, home to a number of millionaires.
St Paul de Vence. 35 km. One of the most beautiful and most visited villages in France which has attracted many artists due to its great natural beauty. Also home to Fondation Maeght, Frances most important modern art museum with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.
Nice. 40 km. Fashionable and unmissable seaside resort with its wonderful Promenade des Anglais, a long boulevard along the seaside dotted with palm trees, its old town with pretty colourful architecture and narrow streets. Take a stroll along the flower market in the Cours Saleya, restaurants serving Mediterranean and sea food and bars. Nice is cool in winter and hot in summer!!!
Monaco. 60 km. One of the most famous and glamorous cities in the world with its casino at Monte Carlo, F1 Grand Prix each May, tennis tournament and of course its incredible nightlife.
