Bedroom 1: ground floor, 16m², reversable air conditioning, twin beds, wardrobe, large flat screen TV, chair, French window to terrace and garden. Ensuite shower room. Inter-connecting door to Part 2.
Ensuite Shower room 1: ground floor, 6m ², ensuite to bedroom 1, stylish design with a large shower, twin washbasins, towel drier, hair dryer.

Location
On the French Riviera, just 10 km from Cannes, 30 km from Frιjus and with easy access to the motorway. Ideally located between two mountains: Massif de LEsterel and the wooded mountain of the Tanneron. Here, you can not only enjoy dipping your feet in the water but also feel the gentle Mediterranean breeze whispering through the pine trees and mimosas.
Environment : Built on Gallo-Roman remains, in a peaceful residential area facing the sea.
PLACES TO VISIT:
Thιoule sur Mer. 5 km. Charming seaside resort nestling in a small cove at the foot of the Estιrel mountain with red rocky inlets and beautiful sandy beaches shaded by exotic palm trees and majestic parasol pines.
Cannes. 10 km. Beachside resort with its large promenade, chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops and festivals including the famous Cannes film festival in May each year. A walk along the Croisette, harbour and sandy beaches is a must.
Vallauris-Golfe Juan. 20 km. Set in the hills above the magnificent Golfe Juan, with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, the lles de Lιrins and the Esterel mountains. The old Vallauris oozes Mediterranean charm and boasts a tradition of pottery. Picasso spent ten years here.
St Cassien lake. 20 km. Beautiful lake with clean water and small beaches, and lovely place for windsurfing and other watersports. Ideal to cool off on a hot day!

Golf Country Club de Cannes Mougins, Mougins. 15 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6312m. In the heart of a magnificent forest, a technical course full of variety and nicely landscaped with few but strategically placed water hazards.
Visiobulle Antibes, Juan les Pins. 20 km. Boat trip. An hour long excursion in a glass-bottomed boat to discover the Cap d`Antibes with stunning underwater view.
Aquasplash, Antibes. 30 km. Water park. Water slides, wave pool, slides, toboggans, flumes and rubber-ring rides... and the Black Cannon, one of Frances fastest water slides, which propels riders to speeds of 60 km/hour!!

Antibes-Juan les Pins. 25 km. Two towns in one! Antibes with its vibrant historic centre with narrow winding streets, a good choice of restaurants, cafιs, theatres, piano bars, chic hotels, private clubs and Picasso museum, and Juan les Pins renowned for its gorgeous beaches, exciting nightlife with fashionable night clubs, casino and even night shopping. Also Cap d`Antibes, a small piece of paradise, home to a number of millionaires.
St Paul de Vence. 35 km. One of the most beautiful and most visited villages in France which has attracted many artists due to its great natural beauty. Also home to Fondation Maeght, Frances most important modern art museum with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.
Nice. 40 km. Fashionable and unmissable seaside resort with its wonderful Promenade des Anglais, a long boulevard along the seaside dotted with palm trees, its old town with pretty colourful architecture and narrow streets. Take a stroll along the flower market in the Cours Saleya, restaurants serving Mediterranean and sea food and bars. Nice is cool in winter and hot in summer!!!
Monaco. 60 km. One of the most famous and glamorous cities in the world with its casino at Monte Carlo, F1 Grand Prix each May, tennis tournament and of course its incredible nightlife.
