Its famous bridge still stands over the Rhone river. Pont du Gard. 15 km. Roman aqueduct and artistic masterpiece built shortly before the Christian era. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it shouldn’t be missed. Chateauneuf du Pape. 25 km. Medieval village built on the side of a hill, overlooked by the ruins of its ancient chateau and surrounded by its world famous vineyards. St Rémy de Provence. 30 km. Linked with Gaugain, Van Gogh and Picasso. Nîmes. 35 km. On the border between Provence and Languedoc, the city boasts some of the most extensive Roman remains in Europe. Famous for its arena, the best preserved amphitheatre of the Roman era built under Emperor Augustus in the 1st century A.D. L’Isle sur la Sorgue. 35 km.
