Location
Situated in the Luberon National Park, between the Provencal village of La Bastidonne and the charming town of Pertuis (6 km), 25 km from Aix en Provence, in a park of 30 hectares of vineyards and pine trees. Small river nearby.
The Mediterranean sea is under an hour away, with the beautiful `Callanques` of Marseille to discover as well as any number of the local fishing ports you can find on the coast.
Environment : In the heart of the countryside though not isolated, a setting of pine forests and vineyards, overlooking the Luberon valley. Absolute peace and tranquility, birdsong and squirrels.
Despite its rural location, this villa is only 6 km from the village of Pertuis, which is really convenient for shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.
For those feeling energetic, the hills near the villa have some great cycling and walking tracks, there are tennis courts available in Pertuis, good area for climbing.

Pertuis. 6 km. Delightful town with impressive architecture and historic past, narrow and colourful streets, tastefully restored old houses as well as vaulted arches and many fountains... Gateway to the Luberon.
La Tour dAigues. 10 km. Pleasant medieval village on the banks of the River Eze, with magnificent Renaissance castle complete with surrounding moat.
La Bastide-des-Jourdans. 15 km. Little fortified and picturesque village with medieval remains, shops along its main street and a couple of good cafιs.
Cadenet. 20 km. Bustling and authentic Provencal village set against red-rock cliffs and boasting a Medieval chβteau with splendid view of the Durance river, the Luberon, the Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles mountain.

Aix en Provence. 25 km. Stunningly beautiful and vibrant city, distinctively Provencal, with sunny squares filled with cafes, broad avenues lined with gigantic plane trees and tempting restaurants, and a substantial historical centre with elegant shops and attractive houses.
Lourmarin. 25 km Listed as `one of the most beautiful villages in France`, the village nestles amidst vineyards, olive groves and almond trees. Lively in the summer with its numerous cafe terraces, restaurants and shops.
Apt. 40 km. Charming market town, typical of Provence, renowned for its local products. You will enjoy exploring its beautiful old centre protected by walled buildings and with long narrow streets.
Marseille. 55 km. Second largest city in France, cosmopolitan and exuberant, renowned for its picturesque old port and Bouillabaisse (a tomato based soup with a multitude of different fish and shellfish).
